• This job contributes to the development and implementation of the reward strategy. • Directs and controls the execution and professional resources for compensation initiatives and organizational management. • Partners with other Total Reward Directors to ensure integration of Compensation into a Total Rewards strategy. • Works collaboratively with HR Business Partners to align reward programs, practices and policies to business objectives. • Provides advice and creative solutions to the business. • Keeps apprised of federal, state and local compensation laws & regulations. • Monitors effectiveness of existing programs and labor cost investment. • Compiles, prepares and presents data. • Manages external vendors/consultants when relevant.
• Education Required - Bachelor’s degree • Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business related field • Work Experience Required - 10 years experience in Compensation with depth and breadth of Business expert in all compensation areas (base pay, job evaluation, incentive design, executive compensation). • 5 plus years in managing a team. • Certifications Preferred - CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) • Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs) Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals. • Strong analytical skills. • Good time management skills. • Strong leadership skills. • Must have computer skills and excel skills including v-lookup and pivot tables.
