Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industries or Healthcare Consulting. • MBA or degree in Finance preferred. • Experience in Medical affairs/Collaborations is an asset. • Exceptional organizational skills with strong project management and prioritization capabilities. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, displaying flexibility and adaptability. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), online document management systems (e.g., SharePoint), and MS Teams. • Experience utilizing Gantt charts to plan, track, and manage project timelines, ensuring clear visibility of project progress, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple workstreams. • Demonstrated track record of problem-solving and a results-oriented mindset. • Experience working in dynamic or "start-up" environments with a proactive, self-directed approach. • Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
