Description

• Lead the creation of unified visual design systems across marketing touchpoints that are contextual, clear, and beautiful • Deliver smart solutions to the right problems—defined by the strategic vision and annual marking goals, from digital to physical experiences • Work on a multi-disciplinary team in a highly collaborative and communicative environment with diverse perspectives and expertise • Build and maintain the visual system component library and design tokens within Figma • Conceive and design projects including but not limited to interactive environmental graphics, marketing materials, presentations, website components and campaigns • Use storytelling to strategically enhance and scale our visual system • Maintain a high level of creative standards and help mentor fellow designers and freelancers to meet those standards and production requirements • Participate in kick-offs, creative reviews, and other stakeholder meetings to ensure business goals are understood and met from a creative standpoint • Help with project prioritization to ensure deadlines are met • Deliver and present work to the Creative Director and ECD

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience • 5-10 years of related work experience • Expert level Figma Knowledge + proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite • Knowledge of UX principles, interaction design, and how visual design blends with code • Rock solid skills in visual and brand design, with a strong understanding of motion in your work • A portfolio with your role and approach to solving the problem clearly defined on each case study • A mind for best practices, paired with a willingness to try something just crazy enough to work • Strong sense of ethics, and responsibility in understanding the way the work we do influences the world around us • As an individual contributor, growth for this role is focused on developing and expressing your strategic thinking skills through the creation of compelling and conceptual design—candidate must be able to consider new and better ways to approach problems • Relentless attention to detail and craft • Curiosity, humility, and a passion for doing great work • Able to move quickly to prove out ideas, and a learning mindset • Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment with multiple stakeholders
