• About Us Online Education Services (OES) is an education provider that partners with universities to provide purposefully designed and highly engaging online programmes. • Aston Online delivers world-class learning through degrees specifically designed for the online student. • Opportunity to support and guide our students through their learning journey. • Online Tutors facilitate the student’s learning, focusing on helping them achieve their goals. • Responsible for delivering specialist Marketing modules to student cohorts on our Aston Online Business School programmes. • Providing an exceptional student experience through the delivery of academic content developed by our partner academics and our learning design team. • Facilitating live learning activities that engage and support student learning. • Undertaking assessment tasks (including moderation, marking, and feedback) as well as processing and submitting results according to set timelines.
Requirements
• You will hold a master’s degree in a relevant subject and an undergraduate degree (2:1 or above) in Marketing. • You will have relevant industry experience. • You will have experience in teaching and assessing at degree level. • You have high standards and with demonstrable impact on students’ learning. • You are motivated by student success and passionate about online learning. • You are a passionate and excellent, clear communicator. • You have strong presentation skills and the ability to maintain an engaging and positive online presence. • You are proactive and organised. • You thrive in a remote working environment. • Experience of using Virtual Learning Environments as learning tools. • Experience of teaching and assessing online programmes.
