• About the Organization: Omegro is a buy-and-grow acquirer of impactful software companies. • We seek a passionate Marketing & Event Specialist to join our EMEA operations team. • Execute innovative events for the M&A team and support marketing initiatives. • Develop and manage event calendar and budgets. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand needs. • Assist in marketing campaigns to promote events and enhance brand visibility. • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • Fluent in French and English; Spanish is highly regarded • Proven experience in event planning and marketing (min. 3-5 years preferred) • Strong project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management) • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
