🎯 Requirements

• Accounting department builder at heart. • 10+ years experience with time spent at a Big 4 accounting firm. • 2+ years of recent experience at a technology or crypto company in a management position. • Experience or familiarity with digital asset accounting is highly preferred. • Prior experience leading a financial audit in partnership with external auditors. • CPA license holder. • Experience with multi-entity operations. • Strong proficiency in accounting software, financial planning tools and microsoft excel. • Great communicator with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and highly organized and tactical. • Ability to think strategically about department building and rolling out new processes. • Excited to roll up your sleeves and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment, executing on multiple projects at any given time.
