📋 Description
• The Revenue Operations Associate will play a vital role in optimizing OfferFit’s GTM operations and empowering teams across marketing, sales, implementation, and customer success. • Ensure the execution of key processes related to pipeline management, deal closing, services delivery, post-sales portfolio management, and cross-team handoffs • Partner with GTM leaders and RevOps teammates to identify and address operational inefficiencies, ensuring alignment across teams • Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and other tools in the tech stack • Oversee the accurate processing of commission payouts • Assist in the timely execution of key legal deliverables to support new deals, expansions, and renewals • Track key metrics to measure the performance of GTM initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English is required for this position • Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, and industry-related events
