🎯 Requirements

• Must have a minimum 2+ years in the roofing or construction industry. • Experience in an administrative, operations, or project coordination role. • Experience with AccuLynx. • Experience with QuickBooks, Payzer, Google Sheets, RoofSnap, or similar tools is a plus. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate between clients, project managers, and vendors. • Highly Organized: Capable of tracking multiple jobs, invoices, and customer communications simultaneously. • Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive in troubleshooting scheduling conflicts, payment delays, and operational inefficiencies.
