Description

• OGC is a boutique research and consulting agency specializing in data-driven strategy, market research, and Customer Experience (CX). • Provide research support and market research insights across Comcast’s divisions and product lines. • Execute quantitative and qualitative market research projects for informed decision-making. • Manage operational aspects of research projects, including vendor onboarding and budgeting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project plans and deliverables. • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors. • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities. • Generate regular reports for stakeholders, summarizing project status and actionable insights. • Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. • 3–5 years of relevant experience in research operations, project management, or financial oversight. • Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet). • Experience with budget creation, tracking, and reconciliation; familiarity with financial software is a plus. • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. • Proven ability to negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure high-quality outputs. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for budgeting and reporting; PowerPoint skills for stakeholder presentations. • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges. • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
