In close collaboration with the IT solution owner and business owner, the PM will manage the build and launch of these capabilities. • Execute and deliver strategic enabling projects by building engagements with internal SMEs across IT and business functions. • Collaborate with the PM from SI partners for integrated timeline and ongoing risk management. • Develop weekly, monthly status reports as well as run the project steering meetings. • Author, develop and maintain key project documents. • Develop high-performing project teams. • Work with IT governance & Program Management IT LT for governance, standard & practices. • Contribute to continual improvement.

Requirements

• Seeking a Project Manager with experience in managing projects using Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, ensuring successful delivery through adaptable planning, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement. • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager (15+ yrs of exp) with significant exposure to the pharmaceutical industry • Excellent communicator. Demonstrated capability to articulate complex situations in simple terms • Someone with an engaging personality, excellent grasp of Pharma and especially clinical development as well as relevant enabling capabilities • Proven Excellence in driving successful SDLC projects • GxP experience highly preferred. • Deep skill in structuring information. • Experience with Salesforce and Oracle ERP preferred. • Open to experimenting and adapting new ways of thinking
