Description

• OGC is a boutique research and consulting agency specializing in data-driven strategy, market research, and Customer Experience (CX). • Work with leading brands in Telecommunications, Financial Services, Specialty Retail, Hospitality, and Software. • Provide research support and market research insights across Comcast’s divisions and product lines. • Execute quantitative and qualitative market research projects for informed decision-making. • Act as the primary IT support for the Research team, managing database access, email setup, and more. • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and conduct audits. • Coordinate with teams and vendors for seamless research project execution. • Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related field. • 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, research operations, or a similar role. • Experience managing IT-related tasks such as database access, email inbox setup and file transfer solutions. • Proficiency with SharePoint administration and maintenance. • Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills. • Strong team player with excellent communication skills. • Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments and manage multiple stakeholders and partners effectively. • Experience in procurement, compliance, and supplier negotiations and management. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects independently while collaborating with teams. • Demonstrates strong independence and resourcefulness in identifying and acquiring the data, tools, and resources needed to support team operations effectively. • Resilient and adaptable in overcoming challenges to deliver results.
