Description

• Develop, manage, and optimising affiliate campaigns to develop new affiliate network and improve the performance of existing affiliates • Mainly focus on expanding the influencer resources in local market, which could bring trading users and income to the platform • Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates • Optimise the strategy of business develop and plan corresponding actions to ensure the conversion rate • Analyse user habits and user behaviour, and judge the trend of business development

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, and possessing at least 1 year of affiliate marketing/ business development experience, ideally in the Cryptocurrency space • Experience in end to end process of building large affiliate networks • Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude would be a plus • Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimisation methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
