• The Business Development Junior Manager/Executive leads all business development efforts within the LATAM/EMEA region • Develop and implement business development strategies and activities for clients and key accounts • Work closely with various stakeholders, including regional and global Institutional teams, product and engineering teams, and Legal & Compliance teams • Proactively seek out and engage closely with potential LATAM/EMEA Trading Firms / Financial Institutions / Key accounts / Partners and Advanced Traders for client acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth of the OKX platform and products in the region
• Demostrates high tenacity, grit & determination; embrace changes with positive mindset • Able to build prospect pipelines, develop opportunities and support the team in closing deals. • Understands regional territory and what it takes to build a high value sales pipeline • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills • Basic knowledge in products that we offer for institutional clients (Block Trading, Derivatives such as Perps/Futures/Options/Margin, Cash OTC)
