Description

• Olo is a leading SaaS platform accelerating digital transformation in the restaurant industry. • As Benefits Analyst, you will support Olo's rapid team growth and join the Total Rewards function. • You will work with stakeholders across the organization, including team members in People + Culture, Finance, and Legal teams. • You will report to the Manager, Benefits + Wellness and can work remotely or at Olo’s headquarters in NYC.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, including public company experience. • Excellent interpersonal skills- you can collaborate and communicate with team members at all levels. • Strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence, problem solve, and implement solutions. • Experience supporting companies or organizations in the technology, international, or M&A space. • Google Workspace experience preferred
