Description
• Omada is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Consultant to join our Clinical Services team. • The BH Consultant leverages experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to motivate the care team. • Focus on enhancing team capabilities in handling BH concerns to support members. • Serve as the initial responder for clinical questions related to BH and act as primary backup for escalations. • Collaborate with Health Coach Operations to identify and implement training needs for the care team. • Elevate any clinical or safety issues, as the first point of contact. • Develop and deliver training on various BH topics to the care team. • Partner cross-functionally to ensure the care team has the necessary BH support. • Communicate effectively with a remote team, fostering clarity and cohesion.
Requirements
• 2+ years of relevant experience with a Master in Social Work • Maintain an unrestricted LCSW license • Demonstrate high clinical acumen in BH issues • Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and oral • Feel passionate about the success, learning, and development of the larger care team, with a strong desire to enhance their ability to deliver care to members • Be flexible, and willing to experiment with new approaches as we evolve our BH offerings • Stay connected to Omada's mission and understand how it impacts your day-to-day work
