• Omada Health is on a mission to inspire and engage people in lifelong health, one step at a time. • Omada’s Member Growth team focuses on inspiring people everywhere to take the first step toward lasting, healthy change. • As a Senior Member Growth Manager, you will lead our consumer enrollment initiatives, focusing on driving program adoption across various industries. • This role demands a blend of growth marketing expertise, data proficiency, and operational strength to develop, execute, and refine outreach strategies. • Key Responsibilities include: design and implement strategies for maximizing consumer enrollment, leverage performance marketing data to inform recommendations and optimize campaigns, collaborate with internal teams to execute successful enrollment campaigns, and develop client relationships through strategic program management.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, marketing consulting, acquisitions marketing, or related fields. • Bonus points for experience in the healthcare or employer benefits industries. • Strong interest in both the creative and analytical aspects of marketing. • Demonstrated ability to optimize and adhere to efficient processes. • Outstanding project management and presentation skills. • Effective collaborator in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
