• About Synapticure • As a patient and caregiver-founded company, Synapticure provides instant access to expert neurologists, cutting-edge treatments and trials, and wraparound care coordination and behavioral health support in all 50 states through a virtual care platform. • The Growth Strategy & Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting Synapticure’s expansion efforts by driving market analysis, supporting go-to-market motions, and assisting in building and growing partnerships with health plans, health systems, and other strategic stakeholders. • The Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations, will play a pivotal role in driving growth and operational excellence at Synapticure. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, optimize business processes, and support decision-making. • This role requires a proactive problem solver with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and a passion for healthcare innovation, analytics, and startups. • You will collaborate effectively across executive and front-line teams, clinical and administrative functions, and data/IT teams to execute on key goals in a remote-first organization.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a growth, business development, strategy, or consulting role, ideally in healthcare, digital health, or health tech. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and synthesize data to inform strategic decisions. • Experience supporting go-to-market strategies and business development initiatives. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and reports. • Passion for improving healthcare and making an impact on the lives of patients and caregivers.
