Description

• The supply chain & operations manager will play a critical role in enabling & sustaining Ombraz growth. • Own the forecast, work directly with new & existing factories to manage supply chain needs, build scalable inventory-management systems, and execute day-to-day operational duties. • Manage relationships & operations with 3PL partner, ensure seamless integration of 3PL & Shopify. • Resolve 3PL issues as needed, reduce lead times & drive operational efficiencies. • Simplify operations, create processes, and documentation & ensure organizational standards are developed & enforced throughout the business.

Requirements

• 20+ years of unwavering tenacity & optimism • Strong communication & problem-solving skills • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, sourcing, etc.. • 5+ years of experience building reports in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets • 3+ years of experience working with international suppliers • 3+ years supporting e-commerce supply chain • 3+ years of experience supporting retail distribution, EDI, etc.. • 3+ years building & optimizing forecasts • 3+ years of experience managing 3PLs & their Shopify integration • Process-oriented & hyper-organized
