🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD module (including case and knowledge management). • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Functional Architect or similar roles. • Deep knowledge of HR processes and workflows. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • ServiceNow certifications (HRSD, CSA, or similar) are preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
