• Provide strategic HR advice and solutions to drive business growth and success. • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives. • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans as needed. • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, performance management, and compliance matters. • Ensure FLSA compliance by accurately determining and classifying hourly and salary roles, including exempt and non-exempt positions. • Develop and implement succession planning strategies to identify and develop talent for key roles. • Develop workforce plans that align with business needs and talent requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains. • Edit and maintain the employee handbook, ensuring that it reflects current policies and legal requirements. • Draft and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's culture and values. • Interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies. • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires are set up for success. • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a DSO/MSO environment. • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) a plus but not required. • Strong understanding of FLSA compliance and experience classifying hourly and salary roles. • Experience developing and implementing succession planning and workforce planning strategies. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. • Expert problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Experience with complex HR investigations and employee relations issues, supporting employees in a multi-state worksite organization. • Outstanding organization, prioritization, follow-up, analytical and time management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
