📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Please Note: This is 100% Remote opportunity. • WIA: WIA application is used to track soldiers that were wounded in action to ensure changes to WIA soldier military pay accounts are accurate and done in a timely manner. • The WIA database runs in a web environment and has approximately 300-400 users. • WIA receives input from six medical and personnel systems to identify WIA soldiers, in addition to the daily Defense Joint Military Pay System (DJMS) Master Military Pay File MMPF). • Duties and Responsibilities: Under general direction, performs high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of very complex application that require a thorough knowledge of administrative and technical skills. • Directs and participates in all phases of system development with emphasis on planning, analysis, evaluation, integration, testing and acceptance phases (IV&V and DT&E). • Applies higher-level business or technical principles and methods to very difficult technical problems to arrive at automated engineering solution. • Designs and prepares technical reports and related documentation and makes charts and graphs to record results. • Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings as required by the Task Order. • May be required to serve as Task Leader. • Responsible for ensuring the quality and services delivered for particular task(s) for which this skill is performing the Task Leader position.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's and minimum 7 years of relevant experience. • Proficiency in JAVA development is required for this position​. • Must have experience with the below skills/technologies: • Java/Java Scripting • Struts/Struts2 • HTML/XHTML • XML • Capability Maturity Module (CMM) • Oracle Database • Oracle PL/SQL • WebLogic12 • AGILE Methodology
