We're a well-funded, growth-stage, B Corps certified company offering the potential for enormous impact, both on our products and on the world. • The Job • This role will lead and implement key areas of Omnidian’s operational analytics strategy, with a focus on driving data-driven decision-making across our service delivery platform. This role reports directly to the COO and offers a unique opportunity to engage with Omnidian's leadership team to provide cross-functional insights and reporting that optimize operational efficiency and performance.

Requirements

• Experience preparing and communicating analytical insights to senior management • Proven ability to lead and manage analytical projects • 7+ years experience with Business Intelligence tools • 4+ years experience writing, updating, and optimizing SQL queries • 3+ years experience with Databricks or similar Data Lake / Warehouse tools (e.g., Snowflake, Bigquery, Redshift) • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques • Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets
