• Skilled Business Intelligence/Business Analyst focus on documenting processes and requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and document business processes • Capture and define business requirements for BI solutions • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders for process validation • Collaborate with Analytics engineering team for BI tools development • Ensure adoption of best practices in documentation and data governance • Provide communication to stakeholders about project status • Design and execute User Acceptance Testing processes • Maintain comprehensive records of dashboards and user requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field • 3+ years of business analysis experience • Familiarity with Python and R is a plus • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with business intelligence tools • Proficiency in documenting processes • Understanding of end-to-end business processes • Familiarity with SQL and database technologies
