📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined and ready for development within each sprint. • Work with the team to refine user stories, ensuring they are clear, concise, and deliver measurable value. • Actively participate in sprint planning sessions, providing necessary context and clarifying requirements for the development team. • Facilitate communication between Product Manager, developers, and testers to ensure alignment on project goals and address any concerns. • Develop and document business process workflow to illustrate current and future states. • Define clear acceptance criteria for each user story, ensuring the team understands what constitutes a "done" feature.

🎯 Requirements

• Certified as Business Analyst • Tools: Miro (Diagram user journeys), Draw.io (Diagrams), Figma, Postman (For API testing), Confluence (Project documentation), ADO, Azure Dev ops or Jira (task management), Swagger (Read API documentation) • Critical thinking • Know, propose, read and research good banking practices and standards. • Exposure to management systems (tickets, incidents) • Exposure to mobile workflows, both native and web apps
