• As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, • Assessing the business model and its integration with technology. • Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. • Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
🎯 Requirements
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform; • Extensive experience in creating and customizing Visualforce pages; • Familiarity with the transition and adaptation of Visualforce to the Salesforce Lightning interface; • Knowledge in data management and modeling in Salesforce, including custom and standard objects; • Experience working with Salesforce APIs and integration tools to connect Salesforce with external systems. • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. • Intermediate proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required. • Business Process Analysis Tools proficiency level is recommended. • Business Process Design, and Business Model Strategy proficiencies are suggested. • Conduct thorough requirements analysis to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business processes align with technology solutions • Develop and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Provide strategic insights on business model strategies to drive organizational growth
