β€’ Develops and Delivers Training Programs to educate commercial users β€’ Create engaging and effective training materials β€’ Conduct engaging training sessions for ongoing training of regional training leads β€’ Works closely with all learning and training personnel β€’ Monitors and analyses competency level, behaviour and adoption β€’ Proactively identifies opportunities for sales skills and competencies improvement

Requirements

β€’ Experience with Instructional Design and Adult Learning Principles β€’ Strong presentations and facilitation skills β€’ High level of PC proficiency (Excel, Power BI etc.) β€’ Analytical skills with the ability to interpret information to generate insights to inform strategy β€’ Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices β€’ Competent in the use of Salesforce Lightening or other CRM and sales enablement tools β€’ Results oriented mindset and a passion for helping others succeed
