• Develops and Delivers Training Programs to educate commercial users • Create engaging and effective training materials • Conduct engaging training sessions for ongoing training of regional training leads • Works closely with all learning and training personnel • Monitors and analyses competency level, behaviour and adoption • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales skills and competencies improvement
Requirements
• Experience with Instructional Design and Adult Learning Principles • Strong presentations and facilitation skills • High level of PC proficiency (Excel, Power BI etc.) • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret information to generate insights to inform strategy • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices • Competent in the use of Salesforce Lightening or other CRM and sales enablement tools • Results oriented mindset and a passion for helping others succeed
