Description
• Lead Insulet Agile teams for new product development and improvement • Responsible for refining the product roadmap and prioritizing the backlog • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage product backlog • Participate in usability studies and monitor performance metrics
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience • Experience in Medical Device development and/or other highly regulated products • 5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies and SAFe methodology, related to Product Owner role • Knowledgeable of Software development and Mobile Application or Cloud development strongly preferred • Familiar with Software Development technologies • Demonstrates strong communication skills with audiences with various levels of technical background • Able to work independently with minimum supervision • Passion to continuously improve processes and practices
