Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. β€’ Proven track record of driving revenue growth within the Department of Defense and Federal agencies. β€’ Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations. β€’ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. β€’ Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. β€’ Proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis. β€’ Experience with CRM software and sales performance tools. β€’ Ability to travel as needed.
