•The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll, assisting with compliance and benefits activities and attending to the queries of our most important asset – Our People – in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Ireland, the US and the UK. •Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information •Attending to employee and other stakeholder queries with a strong focus on service •Assist in end-to-end payroll Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Ireland, the US and the UK, ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and compliantly •Assist in company-wide events in the payroll calendar, such as annual salary Increases, bonus payments, year end and benefit renewal •Assist in preparation of reports for Finance for month end processing, audits etc •Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, •Work harmoniously with internal stakeholders and customers as well as external stakeholders, including vendors, government agencies and other external stakeholders
•Experience in a multi-faceted payroll function (multiple jurisdictions, frequencies and/or entities) •Experience working with Payroll and HRIS Platforms (Exposure to HiBob, Employment Hero, Papaya Global, TriNet and/or NetSuite would be highly regarded) •Familiarity with relevant payroll, tax and employment laws in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Ireland, the United States and The United Kingdom •Ability to plan, prioritise and work independently to achieve goals and deadlines •Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team •Exceptional time management and communication skills •Strong attention to detail •Strong customer service focus •Experience working with in-house and third-party (outsource) payroll delivery models
