β€’ Responsible for designing and implementing marketing & communications strategy to engage ON24 customers β€’ Create & execute strategies for engaging customer to optimize the customer journey β€’ Execute communications on product advancements, product release and thought leadership to customers β€’ Executional support across variety of customer campaigns and programs β€’ Identify top reference accounts and cultivate champions β€’ Collaborate with customers to uncover measurable, business impact results of their work with ON24 β€’ Work closely with Customer Success & Sales departments β€’ Collaborate with Operations and Demand Generation team to build scalable, multi-channel experiences β€’ Partner with stakeholder teams to support strategic programs for retention and expansion objectives

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of relevant marketing experience (customer marketing, product marketing or B2B), with customer-facing or client service experience a plus β€’ Martech/SaaS marketing experience a plus β€’ Experience using marketing, sales and customer success technologies, including Salesforce, Totango, Domo, Pendo and ON24 β€’ Experience managing and cultivating a customer advocacy program via Influitive or similar tool, is a plus β€’ Ability to think creatively while making decisions based on data β€’ Motivated and confident self-starter who thrives in fast-paced marketing environments β€’ Teamwork skills a must, proven ability to collaborate with other functions in the company β€’ Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects with tight deadlines β€’ Collaborative, can-do, innovative, and creative mindset
