β’ As Business Risk Lead for ONE, you are accountable for end to end business risk that spans over all operational and business policy executions. β’ This role is a strategic hire at an inflection point of ONE journey as we continue our exponential growth in product offerings as well as a multi million customer base. β’ You will work closely with risk, product, operations, compliance and engineering teams to design and maintain ONEβs Business Risk Management framework and hold relevant functional leaders responsible to ensure adherence to it. β’ This role reports to the Head of Risk/ Chief Risk Officer of ONE. β’ Building and supporting multiple risk and control programs for the organization including defining the strategy, approach, processes, quality, tools and reporting that provide business risk management consistency and excellence. β’ Collaborating with business partners on monitoring programs (automated as well as manual QA programs), any findings and making recommendations and providing guidance and oversight on improving practices. β’ Helping develop and maintain procedural implementation and change management processes with Operations and Execution teams to ensure proper governance and controls exist. β’ Partnering with compliance and operations to examine procedures for consistency and gaps relative to regulations in addition to impacts on customer experience. β’ Ensuring internal testing and rigorous monitoring of high risk processes such as handling of disputes and overall complaint management. β’ Seeking out and leverage technology and data to examine impacts to Customer Experience and Regulatory adherence.
β’ 10+ Years of experience working in a financial services/ Bank organization in an operational role β’ Must have experience managing or having oversight of highly regulated business processes and operational procedures β’ Experience dealing with regulators and working on remediating regulatory finding is a strong plus β’ Natural people person able to navigate through complex organizations (global multi location hybrid or remote teams) and build trusted business relationships β’ Able to operate with a limited level of direct supervision and exercise independence of judgment and autonomy. β’ Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. β’ An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action.
