β€’ Serve as the primary contact for customers, agents and clients in the US and Canada. β€’ Determine appropriate action to be taken using knowledge of products and services. β€’ Provide timely and professional customer service. β€’ Assist customers with problem resolution and ensure accurate information processing. β€’ Maintain security and confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent required β€’ At least six months of customer service-related experience β€’ Fluent in English and French (speaking, spelling, and grammar)
