Description

• Support the Product Department with lender placed insurance products • Perform complex tasks related to insurance programs • Maintain security and confidentiality in client interactions • Provide product training and assist account representatives • Coordinate system problem resolution and improvements • Meet deadlines and service level agreements

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a call center or customer service role • 3-5 years of insurance industry experience preferred • Ability to complete Property and Casualty Insurance Producer’s License within 90 days of hire • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills • Professional appearance with high ethical standards and a team player attitude
