Description

• We are searching for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing Product Management team. • The Senior Product Manager defines and communicates the strategic vision of both current and new products and is responsible for day-to-day decisions regarding product development, market analysis, and pricing. • A successful Senior Product Manager at Bridgeway has a solid understanding of enterprise software solutions with a knack for building and maintaining positive business relationships both internal and with external customers and vendors. • This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on contribution to product deliverables. • This is a remote position with occasional travel. East coast candidates strongly preferred.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management and/or product development experience, preferably in a software development environment. • Specific experience in Taft-Hartley, commercial benefits administration, or healthcare industries is highly desired. • Experience performing actionable, data driven customer research and turning that research into customer experience and product improvements. • Experience in developing product-focused marketing materials. • Proven expertise in problem solving, decision making, time management and leadership in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. • Energetic, self-motivated, strong leader who can prioritize well and communicate clearly. • Strong interpersonal, persuasion, empathy, and facilitation skills with people of different levels, backgrounds, and personality styles. • Strong oral and written communications skills. • Experience following an agile development lifecycle; experience with Scrum, Lean, Kanban, SAFe or other agile methods is strongly preferred. • Bachelors in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field. • Pragmatic Marketing certification a strong plus.
