Description

• Supports the sales and client management staff • Manages day to day client issues • Supports complex accounts and high-level service deliverables • Works with Benefits Consultants and/or Senior Account Managers • Manages tasks related to client employee benefit packages • Maintains project deliverables timeline • Completes/coordinates quotes and proposals • Assists with renewals and business applications • Assists with communications and follow-ups • Collects missing information from groups • Updates census, policy information, and commissions in Microsoft CRM • Attaches applications to client files in Microsoft CRM • Assists with open enrollment meetings • Coordinates presentation materials and processes • Supports client relationships with proactive communications • Conducts client education and service transactions via email and telephone • Assists with 5500 form filings • Follows-up on service issues

Requirements

• Effective relationship builder • Positive, can-do attitude • Ability to be flexible and adapt easily to change • Self-motivated and disciplined • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Very detail-oriented • Demonstrate leadership capabilities • Spanish speaking a plus • Ability to present effectively to audiences of all sizes, preferred • 2+ years’ applicable job experience, preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, required • Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm, preferred • Familiarity with employee benefits and group insurance products, preferred • Proven track record in customer service, preferred • Bachelor's Degree, preferred • Familiarity with database applications, a plus • Current Life and Health license, preferred (must obtain within 90-days of employment)
