📋 Description
• Supports sales and client management staff with group enrollment and renewal processes • Works closely with Benefits Consultants and/or Senior Account Managers • Maintains a detailed timeline of project deliverables • Manages day-to-day tasks related to client employee benefit packages • Completes and/or coordinates quotes and proposals for new/renewal business • Assists with communications, follow-up, and distribution of applications to carriers • Monitors and maintains the Client D365 Mail Folder • Collects missing information from groups • Updates census, policy information, and commissions for accounts/policies • Prepares for open enrollment meetings • Coordinates presentation materials and processes outgoing packages
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years’ applicable job experience • Proficient with Microsoft Office products • Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm • Familiarity with employee benefits and group insurance products • Excellent Customer Service skills • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred • Familiarity with database applications, a plus • Current Life and Health license
