Description

• Responsible for performing member enrollment audits to ensure data accuracy in cloud-based benefits administration tools • Complete audits in response to mismatches identified • Research and resolve root cause issues from Fulfillment/Quality Assurance Generalist • Work with carriers on retroactive, exception, or standard requests related to member-level eligibility • Make corrections into BenAdmin system • Maintain documentation per workflows, procedures, and protocols • Provide feedback and guidance to business stakeholders based on audit discoveries • Serve as the single point of contact for resolution lifecycle • Ensure protection and security of consumer’s personal, confidential and identifiable information • Meet or exceed department goals • Complete other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Current life and health insurance license, preferred • Minimum 2 years' cumulative experience • Strong knowledge of D365 and Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables, Advanced Formulas) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments at one time • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
