• Proven impact/experience leading product teams, ideally in an OTT, video-on-demand and/or live broadcasting environment. • Strong people skills - the ability to effectively engage with junior staff to C-level, both internally and externally. • Deep customer curiosity and strong, active listening • Genuine product curiosity • A strategic mindset that is also execution-strong, capable of translating vision into action. • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines, fostering a unified approach to product management. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Critical thinking with the ability to constantly question the status quo. • Business acumen that complements your product expertise. • Technical competence that allows for meaningful conversations with product development teams and a deep understanding of our products.
