Radiology is the second most used healthcare service, used by over 51% of the workforce annually. • OneImaging is changing the process for medical imaging exams with care management services. • Seeking an experienced Director of Engagement to lead the utilization of services for members. • Responsible for building and leading an Engagement and Marketing Operations team to enhance member experience.

Requirements

Build and lead a high performance Engagement and Marketing Operations teams, responsible for utilization of our services from first message through exam completion. • Build a data-driven marketing machine that leverages data, automation, and other tools to execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns within and across customers at scale • Work with our product and technology team to develop and implement robust marketing operations infrastructure that integrates with our tech stack. • Leverage healthcare data such as eligibility files, prior authorization feeds, and claims data to identify targeted marketing strategies that drive Utilization Rate • Partner closely with customer and member services teams to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives, and execution • Continuously iterate on creative ideas, utilizing data to refine and enhance engagement strategies. • Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing new ideas and best practices to OneImaging’s marketing efforts. • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on engagement and utilization strategies in a B2C or B2B2C environment. • Experience in creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement. • Proven track record in setting up and scaling marketing operations, including technology stack management. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns. • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling content and marketing strategies. • Excellent leadership and team-building skills. • Strong background in digital health or a related industry is highly preferred.
