Description

• Provide inbound customer account support, administrative processing support and data entry, and other processing • Inbound customer service call handling • Data entry and data look up as needed • Consistently provide a great customer experience. • Administrating over acceptance of assignments from clients/lenders • Utilize client and/or lender databases, if applicable, to execute specific lender requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to work within multiple systems is a must • Ability to work efficiently in a high multi-tasking environment • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work independently as well as within a team • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Previous collection, repossession or automotive industry experience is preferred • Microsoft Office and Google suite product experience • Must be able to type a minimum of 25 wpm • 1-2+ years of related experience • High school degree or equivalent required • Must have a clear background to qualify • Drug screening required upon offer of employment
