Description

β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business insurance needs and preferences. β€’ Conduct thorough insurance reviews to assess coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to business clients. β€’ Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients and prospects, explaining commercial coverage options and benefits. β€’ Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently. β€’ Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions. β€’ Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, resolve issues, and negotiate terms on behalf of clients. β€’ Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. β€’ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance sales or account management. β€’ Active California insurance license required. β€’ Strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products and coverages. β€’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. β€’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
