Description

• Leverage independent research and collaboration to identify potential prospects • Conduct initial outreach to prospects • Qualify leads by assessing interest, needs, budget • Conduct follow-up communications • Keep CRM and company records organized • Collaborate with B2B marketing team • Manage internal business development channels • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales, business development, or related field experience • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time • A scrappy and resourceful drive • Strong listening skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Consistently demonstrates high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence • An insatiable curiosity and growth mindset
