Description

β€’ Drive the expansion of the platform in North America. β€’ Develop compelling proposals, manage the bid process, and enable sales through strategic initiatives and tools. β€’ Lead the end-to-end proposal development process. β€’ Create and deliver sales enablement materials. β€’ Participate in client engagements to articulate Kraken's value proposition.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, sales enablement, or business development, preferably in the energy industry. β€’ Strong understanding of VPPs, DERMS, and DER technologies, including EVs, batteries, heat pumps, and smart thermostats. β€’ Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail. β€’ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. β€’ Experience with CRM and proposal management tools. β€’ Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives. β€’ Highly collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across departments. β€’ Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for driving innovation and achieving results. β€’ Ability to travel intermittently.
