Description

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing customers • Create and deliver customized sales presentations, demonstrations, business case documents, proposals, and contracts • Develop and execute on territory and account plans to acquire and grow new customer relationships • Participate actively in working with sales team members and company executives in developing and executing on best practices for sales and account management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales, business, marketing or IT • 3-5 years of proven hunting & closing experience in a SaaS environment • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals • Skilled at establishing strategic executive relationships • Experience working in the insurance, staffing, or construction is preferred • Experience selling high value business applications to C-level executives, VPs, and managers • Adept at identifying and coordinating internal resources (Sales Development, Sales Engineers, etc.) to build Aclaimant brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and close deals • Collaborative mentality, strong coaching skills and receptive to coaching • Superior listening and communication skills • Experience hunting in greenfield environments • Willingness to travel 30%+
