β€’ Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing customers β€’ Create and deliver customized sales presentations, demonstrations, business case documents, proposals, and contracts β€’ Develop and execute on territory and account plans to acquire and grow new customer relationships β€’ Participate actively in working with sales team members and company executives in developing and executing on best practices for sales and account management

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales, business, marketing or IT β€’ 3-5 years of proven hunting & closing experience in a SaaS environment β€’ Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals β€’ Skilled at establishing strategic executive relationships β€’ Experience working in the insurance, staffing, or construction is preferred β€’ Experience selling high value business applications to C-level executives, VPs, and managers β€’ Adept at identifying and coordinating internal resources (Sales Development, Sales Engineers, etc.) to build Aclaimant brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and close deals β€’ Collaborative mentality, strong coaching skills and receptive to coaching β€’ Superior listening and communication skills β€’ Experience hunting in greenfield environments β€’ Willingness to travel 30%+
