Description

• A Client Receptionist connects and empathizes with clients over the phone • Acts as a first-point-of-contact for homeowner support requests • Responsible for answering, screening, and forwarding incoming support requests • Escalates calls to the support team based on the level of support needed • Documents support events consistently in a web-based ticketing system • Assists in selling support membership packages to potential clients
