Description
• A Client Receptionist connects and empathizes with clients over the phone • Acts as a first-point-of-contact for homeowner support requests • Responsible for answering, screening, and forwarding incoming support requests • Escalates calls to the support team based on the level of support needed • Documents support events consistently in a web-based ticketing system • Assists in selling support membership packages to potential clients

• A naturally friendly and warm personality • Excellent verbal communication skills • Excellent writing skills • Superb customer service skills • The ability to evaluate situations in the moment and make quick, appropriate decisions • A genuine passion for problem-solving • A self-starter mentality, and capable of working independently when needed • An unwavering work ethic • Impeccable attention to detail and great organizational skills • An eagerness to learn; an aptitude for learning new technical skills
