📋 Description

• The Enterprise Project Manager provides a key role in ensuring that assigned client-facing projects are successfully launched and delivered using a ‘best-practice’ project management approach and are also delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality. • The Enterprise Project Manager manages the full life cycle of a client implementation and interacts with the client on a regular basis, providing status updates and resolving issues. • This role will report to the Professional Business Unit Lead who is responsible for managing a multi-million-dollar portfolio of services work for large-scale enterprise customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 8+ years serving in a client-facing services delivery role in systems applications consulting and project management, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider • Experience in areas of Software as a Service (SAAS), customer relationship management, financial management, contract admin and negotiation, policies and procedures, proposals, business development and/or program management. • Experience with legal operations processes and supporting technologies preferred, though not required. • Current PMP certification (preferred) or equivalent experience.
