β’ 5+ years managing customers relationship or equivalent experience β’ Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills β’ Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels within an organization including executive and C-level β’ Experience delivering customer-focused solutions that drive increased customer satisfaction and revenue β’ Able to thrive in a fast paced, self-directed environment β’ Must be comfortable managing multiple tasks in real time β’ 4-year degree required β’ The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in the legal industry
