• Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. • Partner with Employer of Record (EOR) services to ensure seamless hiring, onboarding, and management of contractors or employees. • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and teams to deeply understand technical needs and project priorities. • Proactively source diverse talent across multiple channels, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and online platforms. • Create an exceptional candidate experience, representing Ookla’s brand and values at every stage of the hiring process. • Continuously refine and improve recruiting processes for efficiency, diversity, and scalability.
• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in senior-level roles. • Experience working with or managing EOR services is required. • Proven success in recruiting for various technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, and infrastructure roles) across diverse geographies. • Strong understanding of the EOR model and how to work effectively with EOR partners for seamless onboarding and compliance. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to use metrics and analytics to guide recruitment decisions and improve processes. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adjust strategies to meet changing hiring needs. • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment and adept at using remote collaboration tools.
