Description

•Our Senior Statistical Analysts are essential contributors to our team. •Executing a variety of evidence synthesis projects with support and guidance from senior colleagues. •Supporting data analyses projects, including survival analysis and utility analysis. •Identifying and developing statistical methodologies and strategies. •Assisting and developing the production and internal dissemination of statistical code for standard analysis. •Drafting project reports and other deliverables. •Adhering to project budgets and timelines. •Supporting client interactions and outreach to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. •Responding to requests for proposals as directed.

Requirements

•A master's degree (MSc, MMATH or equivalent) in a statistical or mathematical subject. •Advanced programming skills in R is required. •Experience with building packages, version control, RMarkdown, Shiny, and STAN •Knowledge of health economic modeling is preferred •Intellectual curiosity and independence, to include the ability to self-start and self-teach •Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) along with the ability to question the status quo •Ability to communicate complex statistical methods to internal and external stakeholders •Proactive, responsive, and able to balance shifting priorities •Team player and the ability to work independently •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
