Description

• Drive sales of NIL campaigns and endorsement opportunities. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands, local businesses, and marketing agencies. • Build and maintain an organized sales pipeline with high-potential leads. • Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to potential clients. • Work closely with student-athletes to enhance their personal and social media brands. • Collaborate within a team environment, contributing to collective goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience or equivalent, with a demonstrated ability in new business development. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively in both one-on-one and group settings. • Familiarity with personal brand building and social media influencer marketing, with the ability to guide student-athletes in developing their online presence. • Organized, proactive, and able to manage workload independently, with support and guidance from management. • Works well in a collaborative team environment, contributing to both individual and team success. • Experience in college athletics or working with college student-athletes is a plus.
