• Sales optimization through meeting or exceeding sales targets for your assigned territory • Develop existing and new client relationships within the territory • Actively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential customers and partnerships within the territory • Monitor market & industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Ability to develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve a sales target • Ability to analyze data to drive strategic plans • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • An outgoing personality with excellent people skills • Strong ability to relate and effectively build relationships with people • 3+ years working experience in related field • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Proactive and positive attitude • Valid driver's license • Passion for Pets and the Planet • Proficiency in basic Excel and PowerPoint; experience with sales reporting systems
